Pre you request today at our meting at town hall 1-23-2024 I am presenting my request to you for information in writing.

As you know I am the owner of 85 Cook Road Cornwall and there has been disputes on who owns the property and right of way since 1-2021.

As you know the first time the property was subdivided in 1979 which established the so called 85 Cook Road, the property was zoned as residential and taxed as such.

As you are probably aware, per Cornwall stature for a property to be zoned as residential would require documented proof that it has a right of way to a town highway.

Can you provide me with the information used as documented proof the property had the right of way to a town highway.

As you are also aware the property was spilt into the 13 archers which I purchased in 1-2021 and the remaining sold to the State of CT. Again both properties are zoned as residential.

Can you provide me with the information used as documented proof the property had the right of way to a town highway, when it was recently split in 2021

The original property had a house built on it in 1982 and the property was taxed as residential and taxes were paid on the dwelling since then.

Can you verify that I own the 13 archers and the dwelling that exist on the property since 1-2021. And taxes were paid on both the property and dwelling.

The neighbors seem to think that the dead is not legal, I don’t know where they would have gotten information to draw that conclusion. You may want to contact the First Selectman and the town Attorney to clarify that. Thy both seem to agree that I am the legal owner of the property since 1-2021
