I am Anthony Macchiaroli recent owner of 85 Cook Road Cornwall. I just received a tax bill for 988.64 plus 29.66 late fee.

The property I purchased was subdivided from 75 acres to 13 acres. At the closing I was informed that the taxes were paid 62 acres that I hadn’t purchased.

I thought I was waiting for my 13 acres to be appraised before I paid the taxes.

Can you please look into this and give me a call.
