The bank JP Morgan is to pay all the taxes untill they solve the problem with the subdivion.

Is the taxes for the full year or 1/2 year.

What bank. If you are talking about JP Morgan. They paid on the 2019 bill, but the 2020 bill is split out so that you have a separate bill, not associated with JP Morgan’s parcel.

Do you have a mortgage with an escrow account to pay the taxes? Otherwise, you are responsible for the 2020 tax bill.
