What do you have to say for yourself?
Can you please run for First Selectman, I will vote for you.
You people work less than 10’ feet from each other and you don’t talk to each other.
I want flowers.
I am available from 1:30 to 1:35 Tuesday to Monday with reservations.
Dear Mr. Macchiaroli,
Today I discovered that you did indeed receive a refund check from the town for $1,46.96, dated 6/30/21. I did not know that the check had been sent because the Finance Director forgot to send the confirmation documentation to me. I could not ask her about this until today because she has been away on vacation.
I have reversed the transfers of credits to your current bill, since you did receive the refund. This leaves a total due of $517.20. The bill is past due; however, I am giving you 30 days to pay without interest because of the confusion. The $517.20 is the original bill since the Assessor split your bill away from JP Morgan’s share. The bill is attached. I am also mailing the bill and this letter to your PO Box, and have also included a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
I apologize for any problems or confusion this may have caused. I hope that you can pay the amount in full before April 9, 2022, so that we can start with a clean slate in July.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact me at 860-672-2705. My hours are Mondays 1 – 4:00, and Wednesdays 9 –12:00 and 1 – 4:00.
Sincerely,
Jean D. Bouteiller, CCMC
