Regarding your FOI request for 8 Cook Road, please tell me when it is a convenient time during my posted hours for you to review the land use file (zoning and wetlands)  I will make copies of those documents that you  need at that time.  I do not have copies of building permits in this office. 

Under Freedom of Information, I am entitled to collect charges for copies. Up to this point, I have forwarded information that I have received electronically but the 8 Cook Road file is a "paper" file. I provided paper copies of regulations free of charge for educational purposes.

It was a pleasure talking to you on Tuesday 9-23-2022. You had promised to send me copies of the information you had in your file on 8 Cook road. In a previous email you told me you were putting the information together and would let me know when I could pick it up.

That was months ago. On Tuesday you mentioned you wanted to charge me for making the copies, no problem.

Let me know when you will have that information available for me.
