Spencer it was a pleasure meeting with you and Bill Hurburt today 8-19-25.

I came to you with what I thought was a simple request. Some trees have fallen across Cook Road leading to my property at 85 Cook Road.

I wanted to know what I would need to do to remove the trees.

You received a court order to meet at the property with me and my attorney to give us an answer to that question.

 

It seems you could not schedule that visit until you confer with your council.

 

As you mentioned you and Bill are familiar with Cook road and either of you can visit the property at your convince.

I spoke to my attorney Dave DeRosa 203 770 4579 and he is available today 8-20 or tomorrow 8-21 to fulfill the court order, of meeting you and I at the property.
