Jackie from First National called yesterday. They were having problems with the air conditioning. Trade Wins came out and said the unit needed a charge of Freon. They said they mailed in a Quote and were waiting for approval. Have you received this quote?
I will call Trade Wins today and see if they can email the quote.
A while back I sent in a copy of a maintenance agreement with Trade Wins. Can you
let me know if you approved and sent in this maintenance agreement?

Jackie from First National (Tenant on the Second floor of the Talbot’s Building in Litchfield) called and said they were having a problem with the air conditioning. Trade Winds came out and replaced the filters and added some Freon to correct the problem.
Last year we agreed to set up a service contract with Trade Wins. Ken Slover of Trade Wins submitted a quote for a maintenance contract for the air conditioning system.
Can you please ask Perley to sign the maintenance contract and forward it to Ken Slover of Trade
Winds.
