Under the circumstances I think it would be in your better interest if You Preley and Paul attended the meeting tomorrow at 4:30 at the restaurant At The Corner.I appreciate your opinion that there is no need for me to attend the next Board meeting, but you have a formal request. Can you please email me the minutes to the last meeting we had at the restaurant At The Corner, with You Perley and Cleve, along with the last two board meeting minutes, I would appreciate if you can have them to me by tomorrow before 4:30.Thank You TonyOn Tuesday, October 6, 2015 7:50 PM, Philip Miller <pmiller4467@gmail.com> wrote:
Tony,I just returned from a trip but I wanted to write you before your meeting tomorrow at 4:30 PM at the restaurant At The Corner.I am sorry if I was not clear about the scope of the change. The Board unanimously decided to hire a professional property management company, REI. They have taken over a variety of responsibilities, one of which is the custodial work. Therefore they will determine who fills the custodian position. No representative from the Board will be at the meetings, only Kent Humphrey of REI.The time requirement for the position will be 4-5 hours per week and the rate for this independent contractor will be $20 per hour.Thank you for offering to meet with the Board but since our decision is irrevocable, there is no need.Regards,Phil MillerSorry Phil
The Email should have been addressed to you and the time of the meeting is 4:30 not 4:00.
