 Hi Perley

Nice to hear from you, hope everything is good by you. How are the knees doing?

It amazes me that it took 45 days for you to send me a copy of a letter I was requesting for the last month. I asked the town clerk, the first selectmen, the zoning enforcement officer, and Kerry multiple times to send me a copy of the letter.

Anyway better late than never.  Unfortunately you are miss informed, I am not installing a driveway. I am accessing my right of way to Cook Road.

I have been in debate with the Town of Cornwall on who owns the property, the description of the property, and if I have the right of way along Cook Road.

So now that there is a legal entity involved let me make some statements.

I have the right of way to access my property using Cook road to Prichard’s road.

I have the right to maintain Cook road so that it is safe to travel.

The length of Cook Road from Prichard Road is not designated as wetlands by the State of Connecticut or the Federal Government.

If you feel any of these statements are not true please let me know what town or state statue I am in violation of?

If you want to send me a Cease and Desist please send me a certified letter stating exactly what I am in violation of.

I will hold whoever signs the Cease and Desist and the entity they represent liable.

Please copy this correspondence to whoever you deem necessary.
