Tony and David,Here is something that I could say in my report:"Based on our 1/17/23 site investigation, during which we walked the entire length of Cook Road to Mr. Macchiaroli's property, we did not observe any regulated wetlands or watercourses within the maintained surface area of the roadway."George T. It was determined by Nilsen no wetlands permit was issued.
Greco was issued a permit to connect his driveway to the existing Discontinued Cook Road
