Folks,

Apparently I had paper copies of the following but I cannot locate them:

1.    Department of environmental protection Oil spill investigation and report
2.    Cease and desist order from town of Cornwall “working without wetlands permit and permission from property owners."

if those can be scanned and sent to me, I can include them in the document that I have attached.  I believe the fist one is more important than the second one, since I did refer to it in the affidavit.

There are more documents that I had in hard copies, such as the report by Steve Danzer, but I did not use the read of it to form my opinions.

         I echo Mr. Macchiaroli comments.  We need a list of the documents you relied on in forming your opinion reflected in the affidavit so I can supply it to opposing counsel.  If the documents you relied on have not been disclosed I need copies of those documents.

George we have a hearing on Friday and I need the information you used to generate your affidavit.

It has been four months now that the other attorneys have been asking for the information and they are just using this as a ploy to delay things.

 

I do not need you to generate any new information I just need a list of the documents you referred to in developing your affidavit.

 

Something like this

 

“Other that my person inspection of the property along Cook road from Prichard’s road to the Macchiaroli Property at 85 cook road, I used the following documents to generate my affidavit.

 

Map of Cook road property boundaries Cornwall CT

CT wetlands map of Cook Road

Department of environmental protection Oil spill investigation and report

Cease and desist order from town of Cornwall “working without wetlands permit and permission from property owners.”

The above is a total list of documents I used to generate my affidavit.”

 

All we need is a list of the actual information you used, we don’t need you to generate any additional information.
