You pulled a fast one on me, you didn’t give me the signed copy of the letter I handed you.

Can you please email me a copy of the letter with your signature?

 

You mentioned you never received the email I sent to you and questioned who I sent the email to.

I sent the email to cwlselectmen@optonline.net you didn’t mention that your email address was changed.

Who changes there email address. You have a problem with your email servers because if the old email address was shut down the sender should receive a “cant deliver Notice’ and that did not happen.

You should check the web site’s your old email address is all over the place

Just to review I am requesting you meet with me and my attorney this week.

The goal what can Macchiaroli do on Cook road that does not need a wetlands permit.

What is the states of the Cease and Desist that was issued?

Can I remove trees that have fallen down on the road?

Can I fill in potholes?

 

Now here are the statements I made to you and I will bring the appropriate information to the meeting even though you already have it.

 

1)      Town is required to have a hearing on Cease and Desist within 10 days, that never happened.

2)      Town of Cornwall stated to police the deed to Macchiaroli property was not legal

3)      Town of Cornwall stated 85 Cook road is landlocked.

4)      Town of Cornwall refused to provide first cut to separate the 13 archers.

5)      Town of Cornwall stated taxes on property were not paid and issued a lean on the property.

6)      When the property was subdivided in 1979 and zoned as R5 the town was required to have verifiable proof the property had access to a public highway.

7)      Town of Cornwall refused to supply a wetland map.

8)      Greco and Dark Entry never was required a wetlands permit to do work on cook road.


9)      I went back to 1903 and there was never a wetlands permit issued for any work on cook road.

10)   Greco received a permit to connect his driveway to the existing Cook road so called.

11)   Your Attorney stated Macchiaroli was installing a driveway without a permit

 

 

So Gordon all I want to do is to put Cook Road back to the way it was in 2021, accessible by a four wheel drive vehicle.

I would like to remove trees that have fallen on the road and fill no potholes that were caused my erosion, due to Dark Entry removing drainage the had existed.

 

Do you think we can come to that agreement by 8-15-25 ad 4:00
